The Beginner Level Camp is designed to provide basic fundamental knowledge to players. We will cover all of the core fundamentals that all lacrosse players need in order to succeed. Players will participate in drills covering ground ball etiquette, catching and throwing fundamentals, basic shooting techniques and form, and proper stick use and equipment familiarity.
