The Intermediate Level Camp is designed to provide returning player development, and re-emphasize core fundamentals. This level will help returning players develop sound understandings of fundamental lacrosse knowledge. Players will participate in drills covering ground ball recovery and decision making, catching and throwing, shooting techniques and form, and development of fundamental field IQ.
