What will you say when your coach asks you what kind of work you put in during the off-season? 

Join us every Tuesday evening for an hour of stickwork, shooting and dodging. Bring your helmet, stick and gloves and a work ethic to rival Paul Rabil. We will run through a series of high paced high rep drills to challenge players of every level to improve and be ready for tryouts in March.

Tuesdays January 2nd - February 27th from 8:00 - 9:00 PM @ Nation9 Sports Academy - $20 per session
